The Literacy Pirates have been working hard to create their exciting adventure movie ‘The Quest for the Golden Quill’. They have written and starred in this amazing tale that tells the story of an ancient Egyptian artifact that has been lost to history. There are mummies, magic and of course pirates!
You are invited to the historic RIO Cinema in Dalston to see the impact of our programme in action as The Young Pirates from schools around Hackney and Haringey present their exciting adventure movie, ‘The Quest for the Golden Quill’. This is a wonderful chance for you to enjoy and celebrate their incredible success at The Literacy Pirates, and a chance for our Young Pirates and their families to feel proud of their hard work.
Young Pirates who attend from our Hackney Ship are screening their film on Tuesday 12th, while Young Pirates who attend our Haringey ship will screen on Wednesday 13th. Please double-check which event you would like to attend before selecting your ticket.
